Quick-Cater
is based in Frisco, Texas and was founded in 2001 by Stacey Wetzel on
the principles of personalized service and creative, quality
menus. Call us for your catering needs in
sales seminars, boardroom
breakfasts, birthdays, corporate celebrations, grand openings,
graduations,
happin’ holiday parties, staff appreciation days, summer sizzlin’
events, and
wonderful weddings. We
understand the importance of these events to our clients and consider
it
an honor and privilege to serve you. Quick-Cater makes
quality catering affordable, fun and hassle-free.

Our Menus
Quick-Cater
specializes in made-to-order, action stations using fresh
ingredients in original recipes. From our cooked
on-site omlettes or chicken quesadilla Florentine, to freshly
prepared sushi rolls we cater to all your party needs for breakfast,
lunch and dinner . Quick-Cater proudly partners with local restaurants to
respond very quickly to your delivery requests as well. VIEW

Our Service
We offer you full
service catering or simple deliveries to the entire Dallas/Ft. Worth
Metroplex,
including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and

rural areas. We also offer you assistance in your event planning for no extra
charge.

Stacey
Wetzel is the head chef and CEO of Quick-Cater. Stacey creates all the
menus and brings over twenty years of foodservice experience to the
table. You always find Stacey on the front lines because her passion is
in
preparing great meals and graciously serving guests. |

KAZ
is VP of Marketing and
Operations for Quick-Cater. KAZ is a best selling author, international
speaker
and
business coach. She brings an expertise, energy and focus to
Quick-Cater that continually allows us
to provide our clients with exceptional service. You just
have to
meet her! KAZ can be seen buzzing around town promoting
Quick-Cater and
on many events chatting with our guests and even lending a helping hand
when
needed. She has even been spotted flipping a few crepes! |

Afton
Rodriguez is Quick-Cater's youngest team member. Yet don't
let
that fool you. Afton
grew up catering
and really knows food
service and how to
delight the customer.
Afton is currently finishing
her culinary
education and is our
chef
on location at
Creative Cottage in McKinney.
You can find her there every weekend preparing gourmet meals
for the
area's most pampered scrap
booking
enthusiasts. |
